My Story
Hello there, I'm Jodie, the passionate dog groomer behind Jodie Grooms. My journey in the world of dog grooming began back in 2016, where I honed my skills by working in various salons and occasionally offering grooming services. However, it wasn't until 2020 that I decided to embark on a new chapter and pursue my true calling. I took a leap of faith, leaving my previous career behind to dedicate myself fully to grooming dogs, a decision I have never looked back on.
My love for dogs runs deep, and it's what ignites my passion for grooming every day. I firmly believe that every pup deserves the best care and attention, which is why I strive to work with dogs on a one-on-one basis. Building trust and creating a relaxed environment is paramount to me, ensuring that each dog enjoys their grooming experience to the fullest, and my dog parents are happy.
Formerly the "Jodie" from Pet Grooming by Amanda and Jodie, I have ventured out on my own in a brand new shop. It's a cozy and welcoming space where I get to do what I love most - making dogs look and feel their best! I focus on one on one grooming in a cage free environment. Your dog may encounter another one coming or going but will have my full attention during the entire groom.
At Jodie Grooms, no dog is too big or too small. I cater to all breeds and sizes, tailoring my services to suit the unique needs of each client. Ensuring the well-being of your pets is my top priority. I am pet first aid certified and continuously invest in my professional development through regular courses and seminars.
